List Management, Contact Research and Data Entry
- Clean-up of databases/spreadsheets/mailing lists. We remove duplicates, repair letter case, consolidate columns, etc., for a clean list. We are proficient with all popular software programs and can combine lists from multiple programs.
- From a list of companies, we do the research for you to find names, addresses, etc., for job titles of best contacts. Give us a list of companies and the job titles you are interested in and we will get you names to correspond to each title.
- Having recently attended a vendor/trade show, send us your registration slips and business cards to be entered into a database/spreadsheet. We'll customize it for you.
- If you advertise in magazines and have bounce-back cards with requests for literature, we can store your literature and assemble the requests for you, while creating a custom database.
